about our vet clinic

Yes, we work by appointment to guarantee the best care for each pet. Book easily via WhatsApp — we usually have availability within 24 hours. Open 7 days, 9am to 9pm.

Bring the vaccination booklet if you have it, the microchip number, and any medication your pet is currently taking. If you have none of these, no problem — we start from scratch.

In the Community of Madrid, the rabies vaccine is mandatory for all dogs over 3 months old. We also strongly recommend vaccination against parvovirus, distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis and kennel cough.

For dogs it is mandatory throughout Spain. For cats it varies by region, but we strongly recommend it — especially for outdoor cats. It's the only guarantee of reuniting with your pet if lost.

Yes. We process the European pet passport, essential for travelling within the EU. We also advise on specific requirements for each country (additional vaccines, antiparasitic treatments before travel, etc.).
